Eoghan had recently moved house and required a secure all‑metal outdoor bike shed for his collection of family bikes. With our in‑house team trialling a new shed panel numbering system on our popular Access bike shed x4, it was a great opportunity to trial and test the new system out in the field. Josh Lowe, a British MTB star, becomes the latest athlete to choose an Asgard outdoor bike shed to securely store their pride and joys; a couple of downhill bikes and enduro bikes. Ali Fielding is a British and Scottish track cyclist and is currently a World and European medalist! Based near Manchester's National Cycling Centre, Ali approached Asgard for help to safely store his bike, and with only a narrow space up 3 flights of stairs available, our Twin bikebox storage shed was the best solution. As this model doesn't have a floor, for added security we included our new ground anchor kit, cable and lock for a double layer of protection.

In 2019, we met with Lauren Delany, The Great British Cycling Team's performance nutritionist. Lauren is on hand to ensure the team fuel and recover effectively, which will also help to maximize training and reduce recovery times through food and nutrition. Lauren was on hand as the Asgard installation team built Katie Flatters a new Asgard Annexe Bike Shed. Both Katie and Lauren can now store their bikes and riding equipment, knowing they are safe from theft and the British weather.

Lauren now plays for the Irish Rugby team and is also their nutritionalist. She's also studying for a PhD at the Carnegie School of Sport.

Liam 'The Hitman' Harrison is an 8x World Kickboxing and Muay Thai Champion, first getting into the sport at the young age of 13. Liam was trained by Commonwealth and European Kickboxing champion Richard Smith, making his professional debut into the sport at 15 years old.

Back in 2020, Asgard installed the Centurion Bike Shed x6 for Paralympic Triathletes Dave Ellis and Claire Cashmore. The bike shed came in excellent time as they used the shed to train for the delayed Tokyo Olympics during Covid-19. Fast forward to 2023, Claire and Dave had moved home and were missing their bike shed. Due to the large construction dismantling and reconstructing the shed is no small task! - The Asgard installation team rose to the challenge and Claire and Dave are thrilled with their relocated shed.

Dave Ellis is a 2x Paralympian, PTVI Commonwealth Champion, 5x ITU Triathlon World Champion PTVI and 5x European Champion. Originally, Dave Ellis was a Paralympic swimmer representing GB at the Beijing Games, however after narrowly missing out on the London 2012 Paralympics, he joined Claire in becoming a Triathlete. Dave instantly smashed it in the Triathlon circuit.

Physiotherapist for the GB Cycling Team, Ironman finisher and all-round athlete, Katie Flatters has become the latest star to opt for an Asgard shed. Having seen how her Olympic colleague, Elinor Barker securely stored her bikes in hers, Helen Scott came to us for advice on what the right shed for the dimensions of her garden would be. The shed of choice for Helen was a Police Approved – Bike Storage x 3 shed. This is one of Asgard's most popular sheds amongst cyclists and can fit neatly into yards, gardens, and driveways without being too obtrusive.

Dame Laura Kenny and Sir Jason Kenny were some of the first Olympic athletes and professional cyclists to approach Asgard for their storage needs. Laura got in touch with us after seeing how well her GB teammates, Elinor Barker and Helen Scott were getting on with their own Asgard bike sheds.

In need of a small shed outside their kitchen, they chose the Secure Store in Ivory to complement their home. Measuring just 5ft x 3ft, this secure shed offers no-fuss storage with a good capacity and full-width doors.

Both Laura and Jason are household names, repeatedly bringing glory to the UK at the Olympics and in 2022 were knighted to become Sir and Dame. Laura is a 5x Olympic Champion, and Jason is a 7x Olympic & 3x World Champion!
